Shipping Policy
At Pharmacare Store, we will always strive to deliver your order in time, and in good condition. We will inform you by email when your order is delivered, and when we update the tracking No for the shipment (Within a day). You will then be able to track the shipment using the information provided in the email. We ship most items in tamper-evident packaging, except for very large, bulky items.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us at Email, mentioning your order reference number.
We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If the estimated delivery date or the date requested for delivery falls on a Sunday, or a public/local holiday, your order will be delivered on the immediately following working day.
Return & Exchange Policy
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
If we are unable to reach you within a delivery time, We accept your Refund or Reshipment request in a short time, If there be late delivery.
